   How quickly came to Togliatti! Never this was) the material is good, to the touch quality and dense. There is a pouch for storage and there are rings for installing the lock through the front wheel, and behind the latch. Took the size XL for great with wheels 26 and frame L. A little too big, but it’s even good, straight to the floor, I wanted to. I recommend, quality product.
