Shipping Policy

Due to the pandemic situation, the costs of international logistics continue to rise, and the shipping costs would have a slight increase.  

1. Address Change

After you place an order, if you find anything wrong with your address, please email us ASAP your order number and the correct address. If possible, we will correct your address for you. If we have shipped out your package, you can try to contact the courier to request a change.

2. Delivery Fees

Standard delivery to the UK: €17

Standard delivery to AU/NZ: €22

Standard delivery to Canada: €25

Standard delivery to the United States/Other countries and regions: €21;

3. Shipping Time

Once we receive your order, we will start processing it. Normally it will spend about 3-15 days on customized production. You will be notified of the tracking number via email once your package is shipped out.

Standard delivery to the United States/Canada: 3-15 business days;

Standard delivery to UK/EU/AU/NZ: 8-12 business days.

(There might be delays caused by force majeure, such as extreme weather, pandemic, etc.)

4. International Delivery

We offer international shipping services. Some countries may charge for customs clearance at delivery, and customers are responsible for this.

5. Special Reminder

  • APO/FPO addresses or college dorms cannot be delivered.
  • There might be delays in shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico.
  • Expedited shipping is not applied to P.O. Box addresses.
  • We do not offer overnight shipping services.
